Q: How do I download an eBook I have purchased?

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Go to your Purchase History.

3. Click on the title of the book—this will redirect you to the book page.

4. On that page, click the Download button to download the book.

Note: Each book can only be downloaded once.

Hindi Classes FAQ

Q: Do I need to register in advance for Hindi classes?
A: Prior registration is required for all classes. Registration is instantly confirmed upon receipt of fees.

Q: What age groups are these classes open to?

• Beginner: 18 months – 5 years

• Intermediate: 5 years – 10 years

• Advanced: 10 years – 15 years

Q: What class formats are available?

• On-site classes: Available in Hong Kong and Singapore.

• Online classes: Two options are available for students—Self-study courses and Tutor-led live online classes.

Q: How long is each learning session?

• Group class: 60 minutes

• Private one-on-one class: 45 minutes

Q: Do I need any prior knowledge of Hindi to join the class?
A: No prior knowledge is required to join the Beginner level of our Hindi classes. For higher levels, prior knowledge is required.
