Upon completion of this level, students are expected to be fluent in reading, writing skils. They understand the grammatical structure of text and are able to speak in various settings, by themselves. Students gain cultural and historical knowledge, further enabling them to graduate to complex language while conversing.

Upon completion of this level, students are expected to read text without matras and progress to complex text and reading comprehension. Mastering writing skills further complements the understanding and reading. They are able to make social conversations in informal settings.

Upon completion of this level, students are expected to gained a wide vocabulary bank, sing a wide range of Hindi rhymes and songs, be familiar with Hindi varnmala. Setting a solid foundation at this level, helps them grasp the wider vocabulary and start speaking quickly.
