Enrolment Policy

  1. A completed enrolment form/order form must be accompanied by payment in full.
  2. Sanskriti reserves the right to cancel a course if enrolment is insufficient and/or make alterations regarding lecturers, class locations, class schedules, topic sequence and time allocated to each topic if necessary.
  3. Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Make up class options are available in lieu of the missed classes. These are to be taken in the same term and no roll over of credit or classes is allowed.
  4. Course details (including confirmed dates and teaching venue) will be displayed on the website prior to course commencement.
Students responsibilities:
  1. Check email regularly as all announcements will be made via email.
  2. Log in as a record of presence.
  3. Attend lessons according to the prescribed course schedule.
  4. Contact Sanskriti if you have not received any information and announcements regarding the course within the time mentioned.
  5. Lessons will be delivered via online learning platform unless you have signed up for face-to-face sessions.
  6. Course materials will be made available upon registration and payment of each respective course.

Data Protection

  1. Your personal data is collected and used by us for processing your application of admission, and for registration, administrative, verification, research, statistical and direct marketing purpose.
  2. We may also collect personal information to satisfy legal, government and statutory obligations. Provision of personal data is necessary, and without your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with services you require. 
  3. We may share and transfer your personal data with other members of Sanskriti (Brilliant Learning International Ltd) and/or authorized third parties providing services to us in relation to the above purposes and/or other prescribed purposes as allowed by law from time to time. In all such circumstances, data will be treated in strict confidence. 
  4. Under the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have rights to request access to, and to request correction of, his or her personal data. Applicants wishing to amend his or her data should fill out the prescribed form, and submit it. 
  5. Applicants may opt-out from receiving our direct marketing materials at any time.
  6. Acceptance of your application for the programmers does not warrant for successful visa approval from the Immigration Office. Sanskriti is not responsible for any visa holder applicants and students who may additionally enrol for Sanskriti programs. All students are individually responsible for their full compliance with the relevant immigration laws and ordinances.

E-learning Platform

  1. Login information will be emailed to users after the payment is made.
  2. Fill in the system validation checkboxes as per system requirements and processing of registration.
  3. Sanskriti does not warrant that online access will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not be liable or responsible in any way should you fail to access our learning materials in the event of connection issues of the internet.
  4. Once the batch is full, access will be provided only if a place is available.
  5. By using Sanskriti EdTech platform, you confirm that you have met the minimum system requirements.
  6. Your subscription to Sanskriti Online class is a limited license to use the content only between the time online access is granted and its expiry date (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscription Period”). 
  7. The subscription period varies depending on the class you sign up for. 
  8. You are responsible for checking the information posted on the website and eLearning platform. 
  9. There is no roll over of classes or credit to next course or term. Your registration is valid for the classes you signed up for. For missed classes, you can use a make-up class option if included in the course you sign up for.
  10. You understand that Sanskriti Online may revise the online content, whether in printed, digital or downloadable format, from time to time to meet its training objectives. It may add or remove materials that it considers as unnecessary or no longer relevant for exam preparation. Once the material is removed it will not be accessible and will not be made available upon request. 
  11. The classes and products sold in the correspondence courses are intended for personal use only. Sharing or resale of Sanskriti merchandise / materials / books and/or online access is prohibited.
  12. The username/user id and password issued by Sanskriti cannot be shared with anyone, even if that person has their own subscription to Sanskriti products and/or services.
  13. Sanskriti reserves all its rights in the event of a violation of this policy, which may include discontinuation of the course, immediate suspension of your privileges as a student and/or user without refund, and enforcement of Sanskriti’s rights under law and equity. 
  14. These Terms and Conditions set out your entire agreement with Sanskriti for the particular course and supersede all previous agreements or understandings made (verbally or in writing) in relation to the course.
  15. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
